Life doesn't always work out the way you think it will...
At one time, Olivia Kelly thought she would paint, draw, sculpt and see the world. Then she intended to take her artistic urges and love for reading and open a small bookstore in an old Victorian house. Or maybe become a costume director for a theater company. And one summer she spent hours hand-sewing tapestries and curtains, an ill-fated venture because it turned out she disliked sewing things by hand.
And sewing in general.
Although always an artist at heart, Olivia actually graduated college with a culinary degree, intending to use her flair for creativity and her need to direct other people’s lives to become the dictator of the kitchen- a chef! Instead, she now cooks up ways to get her characters fascinated, frustrated and falling headlong into love.
